Mission
Our focus has been
to provide the highest quality work available within a designated
timeline that fits within the project's budget. We have been selected
at the initial planning stages for
several complicated projects that required extensive pre-budgets, subcontractor qualifications
and detailed multi-funding pay applications.
Pre-project
planning and substantial contact with subcontractors in the pre-bid
phase have set our company above the rest.
Well-designed subcontractor bid packages make our construction management
projects go smooth and eliminate costly change orders.
We maintain a substantial client list
of public works and privately funded projects such as the
construction of office buildings, storage
facilities, ski resort facilities, hotels and motels, prison
and work release buildings, high-end custom residential homes and
churches.
Our success has
been the ability to negotiate with a vast selection of
subcontractors who have the ability to perform and be
industry competitive. These subcontractors have successfully completed projects. They have demonstrated
accurate cost accounting records and proven financial strength
required for large projects.
Our clients include
7 school districts in the State of Idaho: Boise State University,
Larry Johnston (CEO of Albertsons), Rick Belluzo (former president
of Microsoft), Tamarack Ski Resort LLC, State of Idaho Division of
Public Works, Tom Stephens (CEO of BOISE), Rich Sabala Foundation,
Toys-R-Us, Canyon County, Boise City, Avest Real Estate Developers,
LDS Church and many others. |
